Floor Plans
Click here to see a floor plan of the Bangor Civic Center. Please feel free to copy this plan and use it as a tool for putting together the seating arrangements for your event.

Trade Show Floor Plan
We have also attached a trade show floor plan, showing the optimal booth arrangement for the Civic Center. Please keep in mind that adding anything else to the room (stages, tables, etc.) would result in less booths. Trade shows and craft shows require special electrical hookups. Be sure to inform the Coordinator of extensive electrical needs at least two months prior to your event. Last minute requests result in extra costs and cannot be guaranteed.

Floor Plans
Click here to see a set of example seating plans for different types of events. You are not limited to the plans listed. This is meant as a guide to help you visualize how your event could be set. It can also be used as a communication tool for you to use when making plans with us. For example, during your planning meeting, you could ask us to do a “Classroom-C” room set with your own variations.

Room Capacities
Below is a list of maximum room capacities for each room of the Civic Center. Of course, by adding tables, stages or other furniture to a room, the capacity of that room goes down. Be sure to work closely with the Coordinator to determine how your chosen room set will affect capacity.

Main Hall Open: 1200 people
Main Hall Split: 200 people per room
Lecture Room: 200 people
Mezzanine: 150 people
