Basketball Tournament Traffic
From February 17 - 25,2012 ONLY Tournament Basketball fans will be able to access the Auditorium parking lot from Main Street via Dutton Street as in past years. There will be no Public access to the Civic Center parking lot off Buck Street.
Construction of New Arena and Conference Center alters traffic flow into Bass Park
Work on the New Arena and Conference Center, scheduled to open in the early Fall of 2013, will severly limit Dutton Street access to the existing facilities at most times.

Box Office
The Box Office is located at the general offices of the Bass Park Complex, just past the Auditorium entrance. The Box Office's regular hours are 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Tickets may be PURCHASED BY PHONE using Visa, Mastercard or Discover by calling the Box Office at 990-4444 or Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
